Can I book just an airport transfer?

Yes. Transfers are available separately from our planning packages. Send your flight, address and luggage details for confirmation.

What does the package fee cover?

Your planning and coordination services as listed. Meals, admission, activities, transport and supplier deposits are additional.

Will you book hotels or flights?

Our launch services focus on itineraries, dining, local experiences, concierge support and airport transfers.

Is concierge support available around the clock?

Support is available within the hours shown for your chosen package. ORO is not an emergency response service.

How much luggage can the car carry?

Capacity depends on the size and number of bags. Share your luggage details so we can confirm suitability before booking.

How do I pay?

After we confirm availability and your final quote, we send an invoice with payment instructions. Where available, you can pay through a secure card-payment link; bank-transfer details can be provided on request. Available methods, the billing company, payment currency and any applicable charges will be confirmed before you pay. There is no checkout or card entry on this website.

When is payment due?

Planning and concierge fees are payable in full before work begins. Airport transfers are payable after availability is confirmed and before the journey. Any supplier deposits are agreed separately. Your invoice sets out the payment deadline and cancellation terms.

Which currency will I be charged in?

Website prices are shown in US dollars. The exact amount and charge currency are confirmed on your invoice before payment. If currency conversion is needed, we agree the amount before you proceed; your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion charges.

Is an enquiry a confirmed booking?

No. We confirm availability, your final quote, payment and cancellation terms before you commit.
